Perfect location — quiet, but very close to the city and the beach. A lovely villa with a sea view, balconies on all sides, a pool, and an outdoor grill area. The apartment is well-equipped, and George was available for any questions. Note that the two rooms on the lower floor are relatively small and the bathroom is modest.

The sunsets here are unreal, with the whole city of Kalamata spread out below you. Hard to beat that from a terrace.

The host is charming and kind, and took care of every request we had. The house is exceptionally clean, the view is amazing, the pool is excellent and well-maintained, and the house is well-equipped. The only thing is that the access to the place is a bit less convenient.

Exactly as described — we were a group of 8 and everyone had space and comfort. Perched on the hillside of Kato Verga with a stunning view of the Mediterranean, and only a short drive into Kalamata. The private pool area was wonderfully relaxing, and George was warm, quick to reply, and genuinely lovely.

Very roomy, in a great location, and the views are gorgeous. Just a heads-up that privacy is limited: there's another villa right next door and the owner lives on the grounds too.
